Non-compliance with accessibility requirements

1. Third-Party Booking Widget (HAPI)
The calendar and the “Book” button of the embedded booking widget do not consistently meet the required contrast ratio of 4.5:1 when they are deactivated or inactive (e.g., calendar days that cannot be selected, or the “Book” button with no time period selected)—the widget is integrated as an external third-party tool, and there is no direct access to its source code.

2. Missing <h1> heading on subpages
Some subpages (e.g., “Our Junior Suites”) currently do not use a semantic <h1> but instead use a <h2> as the page title. This has been temporarily corrected using ARIA; the actual solution would require an adjustment to the template or content.

3. Some of our videos do not include audio description. As a result, the WCAG success criterion (recorded audio description) is not met. We believe that addressing this issue would constitute a disproportionate burden under accessibility regulations. The video on the homepage, which plays automatically in the header, does not have audio and therefore does not require audio description.

Our websites are displayed in accordance with current technical capabilities and standards. We have conducted random checks on the order in which elements are technically rendered in the main content. If you notice any issues with the implementation of individual elements, please forward your suggestions to us.
