Winding tracks in the snow: Tobogganing in Ötztal.

Hut romance and sledding fun: a perfect blend of holiday experiences in Sölden.

Two toboggan runs in Sölden provide winter magic and speedy downhill fun on a total of 5.8 kilometers. One of the two toboggan tracks – the NEW Sölden Toboggan Trail - ends right behind our hotel Hotel Grauer Bär in Sölden. It is 1.5 kilometers long and easily accessible by toboggan bus. Free of charge for holders of a valid skipass! In addition, the toboggan run is floodlit every Wednesday from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

The Gaislach Toboggan Run is 4.3 kilometers long and brightly illuminated by a powerful floodlight system all evenings: conquer the mountain at full speed even when it's dark! Accessible also by toboggan bus for a small extra fee. The starting point of the toboggan run is, however, also easy to reach on foot: why don't you combine a scenic wintry night-time hike with an action-packed toboggan adventure? The toboggan run ends where the NEW Sölden toboggan trail starts. Of course, every tobogganing session includes a stop at one of the Alpine hut, for example at the traditional mountain inns of Gaislachalm, Alpengasthof Silbertal and Alpengasthof Sonneck, which are located directly at the start of the Gaislach toboggan run (or in the immediate surroundings). After tobogganing, we strongly recommend a revitalizing sauna session at your Gasthof & Restaurant Grauer Bär.
