Prices

Prices listed are per person and day including half board food arrangement, wellness and exclusive of resort tax. We accept no liability for the correctness of information. Rates subject to change without further notice.

Resort Tax

The resort tax of (€ 2.50 until 01.11.2020 / from 01.11.2020 € 3.50) per person and day for adults over 15 years is charged separately.

Short Stay Surcharge

Summer: For short stays up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of approx. 15%.
Autumn/Winter: For short stays up to 4 nights we charge a surcharge of approx. 15%.

Half Board Menu

In the morning we spoil our guests with a lavish breakfast buffet. For dinner we serve a multi-course menu of your choice plus salad bar (sometimes soup or starters' buffet, 3 main dishes to choose from, dessert or dessert buffet). Christmas and New Year Eve's gala dinner menus included.

Room Amenities and Types

Our guests can choose from homey double rooms, triple rooms, quadruple rooms with balcony or without balcony and the spacious Bärensuite:
Category A, Category B, Category B Studio, Category C, Bärensuite.
Single room: we offer only double rooms for single occupancy – depending on the season we charge a supplement of approx. € 20.00 - € 50.00 per day.
If a reserved room is occupied – WITHOUT INFORMING US IN ADVANCE – by less people than booked, the full price for the booked number of persons is charged.

Further In-Hotel Amenities

Wellness area featuring Bärensauna, bio sauna, steam bath, aromatic steam bath and relaxation parlor as well as tanning bed (extra charge), à-la-carte restaurant, hotel bar, hotel lobby, elevator, free Wi-Fi internet, ski storage room with lockable ski and ski boot boxes (including shoe-dryer) for each room, Children's playroom and parking for free (1 underground parking space per room – expected from October 2019).

Discounts

Discount in Room Categorys A and B for 3rd or 4th person with at least 2 full paying adults:

 

  • Children 0 to 2 years: flat rate € 12.00 per day
  • Children 3 to 6 years: 50 %
  • Children 7 to 12 years: 30 %
  • Children/young adults over 13 years: 20 %

In the BÄRENSUITE discounts are granted only with at least 4 full paying adults (valid for 5th and 6th person) and in CATEGORY B STUDIOS only with 4-person occupancy (2 full paying adults / discount granted for 3rd and 4th person).

We accept Mastercard, Visa Card and Bancomat debit cards. Please note that all package deals are valid only if paid in cash.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in from 2.00 pm, check-out until 10.00 am.

Cancellation Terms Autumn 2020 (until 22.12.2020)

  • up to 7 days prior to arrival day – no cancellation fee
  • from 6 days or less prior to arrival day: 90% of the total booking amount
     
  • In the event of an official travel warning issued by the national authorities, reservations will be canceled free of charge.
  • We strongly recommend to take out a travel insurance policy by Europäische Reiseversicherung - it also covers travel interruptions etc. in the event of a Covid-19 disease. More details ...

Cancellation Terms Winter 2020/2021 (23.12.2020 until the end of april 2021)

  • up to 14 days prior to arrival day – no cancellation fee
  • from 13 to 8 days prior to arrival day: 70% of the total booking amount
  • from 7 days or less prior to arrival day: 90% of the total booking amount
     
  • In the event of an official travel warning issued by the national authorities, reservations will be canceled free of charge.
  • We strongly recommend to take out a travel insurance policy by Europäische Reiseversicherung - it also covers travel interruptions etc. in the event of a Covid-10 disease. More details ...

Down Payment

For a binding reservation we charge a down payment when you make your booking. We have the right to cancel the reservation at any time if the required down payment isn't made in time.

Travel Insurance

In order to save money and time we strongly recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance with our partner, the European Travel Insurance. Calculate travel insurance price.

 

 

INFORMATION (EXTRACT) FROM THE EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE
FOR CANCELLATION COVERAGE ALSO IN THE EVENT OF COVID-19 DISEASE DESPITE PANDEMY STATUS:


Due to the improved situation, we will not, as of now, classify COVID-19 as a pandemic and therefore as a reason for exclusion in cancellation and travel interruption insurance, as long as the situation remains stable and there is no renewed increase in cases (second wave of infection) and, as a result, no tightening of measures, in particular travel restrictions. Thus, as long as the situation remains stable, full cancellation insurance and travel interruption cover will apply again. Cancellation cases in connection with COVID-19 are also covered, although COVID-19 is still classified as an epidemic or pandemic (WHO, Austrian health authorities, therefore pandemic exclusion according to the ERV Terms and Conditions for Travel Insurance will not be applied as long as the situation remains stable). This is also valid for travel interruption costs.


Here are some examples to better explain the cancellation cover.
Cover exists in the event that you, as insured customer, are unable to commence the trip.
 

  • because you have an elevated temperature, even if a later test result is negative or you have tested positive for COVID-19 without showing any symptoms.
  • because you develop symptoms of COVID-19.
  • because a close relative or a person living in the same household suffers from COVID-19 and your presence is urgently required.
  • because a close relative in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and you have to go into quarantine.
